Refund policy

Epoxy products: Every item is handcrafted by me with love and care, but small cosmetic flaws or missed tiny bumps are possible due to the nature of being handcrafted.  I do my absolute best to give you a beautiful long lasting product. Small cosmetic flaws and bumps are not grounds for a replacement or full refund. Please contact me if there are any issues. 

Snowglobes: Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process, are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any damages or issues in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
